The people behind the context
We're a small team with a slightly unusual origin story. Before founding Erode, we sat in your chairs: as consultants in the water and environment sectors, and as energy operators trying to do hard things with limited resources.
We've run complex workflows out of spreadsheets, felt the crunch of tight budgets and tighter deadlines, and celebrated the delivery of a big project. All of these experiences have taught us what it takes to build a great team.
