Interim results were just released for the IDEaS Forecasting Global Emerging Threats challenge, and we’re really happy with our performance at Erode AI! Out of ten teams selected through the nationally competitive program, the latest evaluation ranks us second at the three-month horizon and third at the six-month horizon.
What we’re most excited about is that this demonstrates our modelling frameworks can adapt to very different problems and climate-related datasets, working across both gridded and national scales while balancing predictive performance with interpretable forecast explanations.
